一、教學三維目標
1.知識與技能:
1.能用現在進行時的各種形式進行準確的描述和表達正在發生的動作。
2.能掌握現在進行時態及一些表示具體動作的詞組搭配,如watch tv, read books, play soccer, talk with/ to , be boring, go to the movies, want to do sth.等。
3.能在日常生活中恰當理解和運用本單元的話題范圍內的單詞和習慣用語。
2.過程與方法:
1.現在進行時是學生剛剛接觸的一種新的語法項目,而本單元的話題源自生活,立足這一點,我充分利用學生已有的知識和生活經驗,創設生活化的真實情境(或半真實情境)引導學生在運用語言中學習語言,然后在學習新的語言知識后創造性地運用語言(為用而學, 在用中學,學了就用)。
2.開展多種類型的任務型活動,提供給學生合作交流的空間和時間,促使學生為完成任務和同學進行合作,為完成任務進行探究性學習。
3.情感態度與價值觀:
通過對本單元的任務性活動,能培養同學間的友好相處,規范自己的行為,同時能提高他們的觀察能力和判斷能力,激發他們對學習英語的興趣和熱情,在接近生活常態的交際中能樂于模仿,敢于開口,積極參與,主動請教。

step 1 revision
1.show several pictures or photos prepared by the ss and get them to ask and answer about the pictures and photos.
who is he/she?
what is he/ she doing ?
where is he / she playing football?
who is he/ she playing with?
2.then get the ss to talk about the pictures or photos, using complete sentences. (目的是培養學生觀察能力及用英語表達的能力.)
step 2 read the passage and learn to follow the model
1.read the letter in 3a on page 29, and try to comprehend it with the help of the pictures, paying attention to the places and activities. then read the letter again and number the photos.
2.follow the model, and fill in the blanks in 3b.
step 3 group work
tell the group about your photos.

step 4 writing
write a passage after discussing a picture about people’s activities at jiefang street.
1.discuss the picture and express the activities, using the structures learned
in this unit.
2.write down what have been discussed, with the title “a busy day”, beginning with “everybody at jiefang street is very busy today”.
